They are present to act as a guideline and assist customers to have as smooth a transaction as possible. UBtheagent takes no responsibility for the decisions made by buyers or sellers during a property sale and is ultimately providing an advertising medium for customers to sell and purchase their property without an estate agent. The Buyers and Sellers guides have been provided to give users to the site a better understanding of what may arise during this process. We are not responsible for any outcome to a buyers or sellers situation during the house moving process.

2.0 UBtheagent is not responsible for the information provided by our customers advertising their properties. Information relating to a property cannot be guaranteed under the property misdescriptions act nor can we verify its integrity. 3.0 The website upload facility is solely for the benefit of customers wishing to upload details of a property they are selling privately. We do not advocate an upload of any other kind. Ubtheagent reserves the right to remove any advert placed onto the website that is deemed not to adhere to this. Ubtheagent reserves the right to judge what is deemed suitable.

4.0 UBtheagent reserve the right to restrict or remove any user from the website without prejudice.

5.0 UBtheagent is not responsible for links to third party website information. UBtheagent does not verify or control such information. Links to these websites are to provide customers with additional information that may aid in trying to sell their house privately. UBtheagent accepts no responsibility or provides any guarantee in products and services offered by third party websites. Customers accessing this information do so at entirely their own risk.

6.0 UBtheagent endeavours to keep any material that is downloadable from the site free from contamination, corruption, viruses or such the like. However we do not guarantee or provide warranty against such infections. Users downloading from the website do so entirely at their own risk. 6.1 Furthermore UBtheagent does not provide warranty or guarantee that your access to the website will be uninterrupted or error free. UBtheagent accepts no responsibility for such errors under circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control.

7.0 UBtheagent makes no guarantee or warranty that it complies with any laws or regulations of any other country outside of the UK.

8.0 Customers wishing to remain advertised on the website over a period of six months must contact UBtheagent to notify a period of extension. Due to such causes as personal injury, illness or death UBtheagent reserve the discretionary right after a six month period to terminate an advertisement unless notified otherwise by the customer. Subject to 8.0 UBtheagent accepts no responsibility for an advertisement removal due to a users computer system breakdown, loss of password, loss of internet connection or similar during the time of advertisement.

9.0 UBtheagent accepts no responsibility for any communications made unsolicited or otherwise by direct means from estate agents, property advertisement websites or other contacting the customer from the basis of seeing the customers property advertised on UBtheagent. Information (including photographs) uploaded onto the website by customers and users is done so entirely at their own risk.

10.0 Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions without prior notice to you. If we change the Terms and Conditions, it will be posted to the web site and become effective at the time of posting.
