Advert Upload Considerations

Please be aware that the only valid file upload type is jpg format. Files that do not have this extension will be refused and could lead to your advert displaying blank pictures.

Please note that the maximum file size for each photo is 2mb. Files over this size will not be uploaded and will not display on your advert.

If you are experiencing issues with graphics files try using a program such as microsoft paint to resize and rename them.

Browser Issues

Current supported browser formats are Internet exporer v7.0 and Mozilla Firefox.

Other browser versions are currently under testing and ubtheagent.co.uk cannot guarantee functionallity when using them.
