In other words can your solicitor/conveyancer complete the legal paperwork to enable you to move in the timeframe you desire?

Although this is impossible to guarantee, it is something worth asking to ensure that you have a deadline in mind that everyone is working towards. The solicitors and conveyancers involved should be able to tell you if such a timeframe is achievable.. and if it isnt be sure to ask them why not. Be realistic and be ready to compromise if necessary, but if you beleive they are not pulling their weight then you may have to consider an alternate provider of such services.

If you need to move quickly you must prioritise parts of your workload in order to meet such a deadline.

There is no great oracle that can tell you exactly what you will encounter during the house moving process, but we hope that this guide is a good resource for working through many situations.
