Deciding to Move and Taking Control

One of the most important things to remember is why you have decided to move and making those steps to do it yourself. Of course it is one thing in that most buyers and sellers want to avoid is timewasters, there are several ways in which to do this but as a seller you may be asked by potential viewers what you are going to do and in what time frame you are looking to move and why.
