Ubtheagent takes the protection of your information very seriously. We take a number of steps to ensure that your information is kept secure.

1) Property information - The information that you provide when uploading your details is for ubtheagent.co.uk's records only. We only publish a limited summary of this information on your advert and your email address remains hidden until you reply to an approach from a potential buyer.

2) Personal information - ubtheagent only shares personal information with carefully selected partners who provide mortgage, conveyancing and Home infomation pack services and only after the express consent from you as a customer.For example should a user contact us for a mortgage quote we would reply to them requesting authorisation for us to pass their details to a partner. We would also inform the customer of which company will be contacting them.

3) Account Information - Staff and partners from ubtheagent.co.uk will never ask for for your username or password. This information should never be given to anyone and should someone ask for it you should report them to ubtheagent.co.uk.
